I do intervals on the elliptical too - Ill go really fast for a bit and then go back to a more moderate pace. I have a bit of a routine - I definitely work-out every Monday night. And then I broke out the sewing machine and finally made a few zippered bags and two tote bags and trimmed a few burp cloths other than stepping out for a few hours for dinner, we played until 1:30am. We were in and out in about five minutes. Even having high cholesterol and being told I needed to lose weight didnt make me do more than half-heartedly try and run on an elliptical I purchased at Walmart. That means Im either working out five days a week, or six days a week for four to five months at a time before I switch. I was pumped to squeeze in working out during my lunch break since I usually work long hours and have a long commute back to the East Bay after work.
