SPIN EXERCISE BIKE BETTER THAN OTHER BIKES FOR BAD KNEES


THERE ARE SEVERAL CHARACTERISTICS THAT ARE CRITICAL TO A GOOD SPIN CLASS, BUT THESE ARE MY .

Btw, do ease the knees this can be done quite effectively on a spin bike, or even a regular exercise bike too whether you crank the knob down on the band old fashion, lol or dial up the resistance quickly. When looking for an exercise bike, we looked at traditional bikes and the recumbent bikes. Padded saddle seat and backrest make it more comfortable to use than upright stationary bikes.

I usually ride a stationary exercise bike for exercise if Im not riding my bike. And get a fan if you want to ride any harder than a casual spin. I agree that Id rather be riding outside, in better weather, than sitting stationary. My wife and I are starting to get ready for the triathlon season and so weve got our spin bikes setup in my office and we spin in front of her computer which is next to my computer. After the standard time change in October, the sky was so dark and the weather so cold, that I could no longer get on my bike after work and ride around the neighborhood for exercise. How exciting can riding a standing bike be. Spinning = pain in the booty literally. Its hard to get regular exercise in a hospital bed, and you dont need to be a rocket scientist to figure out wholl be the loser if a car slides into your bike when youve stopped for a light. Hard spinning on a trainer is hard on your bike, as well as your body. On the other extreme, if youre knees are bent at a 90 degree angle all the way around the , youre giving up a lot of untapped power. And it was the bike i discovered bike riding as a form of exercise on. So i go into cyclepath, and who works there other than dell from fremont bike club see, my whole plan screwed.

Ive never had an injury from cycling (other than from tip-overs and the one potentially bad crash I had a few years ago).
